Year 2000 (Y2k) Compliance Statement

All past and current releases of our products are, to the best of our knowledge, Y2K Compliant.

Our compliance test consists of the following observations on a given product:

• It will not produce errors if it is running during the transition.

• It will not produce errors if it is closed before the transition and re-opened afterward.

• It will recognize the Y2K as a leap year.

• It uses Microsoft time components that are advertised to work until year 2038.

• It does not access time directly through the BIOS.

The test results rely on the proper use of the product as well as the good functioning of the operating system and supporting software, firmware, and hardware.

This statement does not override the End User License Agreement included in each product. The information is only provided to assist our customers in their planning for the Y2K transition.
